- What's the difference between Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise?
- Free lets you build and share real catalogs by hand — layouts, Brand Kit, custom domain, export included (3 catalogs, 500 items). Pro ($19/month) unlocks AI for one person: photo → fields, auto-tagging, and photo cleanup. Business ($99/month) is for distributors and heavy photo catalogs (2,000 scans · 500 cleanups). Enterprise adds your team, white-label, and API — priced per user.
- Which plan should I pick?
- Boutique or under ~100 items → Pro. Wholesale / distribution / 200+ SKUs → Business, plus a Kickstart pack for the first big photo load. Need a second login, white-label, or API → Enterprise.
- How does Enterprise per-user pricing work?
- A user is one person with their own login. Enterprise is a flat $39/month per user ($390/year). A 5-person team is 5 × $39 = $195/month. Annual billing gives 2 months free on every user.
- What counts as an AI scan or a photo cleanup?
- Each time the AI reads a product photo to fill in fields, that's one scan. A photo cleanup (or stylized still) uses one cleanup credit. Pro includes 500 scans and 120 cleanups a month; Business 2,000 / 500; Enterprise pools 500 scans and 200 cleanups per user. Free has no AI — that's the Pro upgrade. Kickstart packs add bonus cleanup credits that never expire.
- What are Kickstart packs?
- One-time Clean / Stylize credit packs for big catalog onboarding: S 200 credits ($39), M 500 ($89), L 1,200 ($199). Buy them from Billing on Pro, Business, or Enterprise. They sit on top of your monthly pool.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes — pick either at checkout, and you can change it anytime from Billing. Annual is two months free versus paying monthly.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel whenever you like; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to Free. Your catalogs and items stay — features above Free's limits just lock until you return.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Showdeck has no checkout and no transaction fees — 0% on every plan. What you sell is yours.
- What currency are prices in?
- All Showdeck plans are billed in USD.
